I’ve spent time working at two of the leading caster companies, where I learned the ins and outs of mobility solutions and how to really take care of the customers’ needs. But I also saw how quickly costs could add up—running a typical caster supply shop requires 3-4 full-time staff & expensive real estate, driving prices higher.
