To start the return process, please contact us at Jordan@UScasterandwheel.com to request a return authorization number. Please note that we cannot process returns without this number. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected. We will then notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
